Jeff Goldblum Says He's Working on a Secret Project with Director Taika Waititi
It sounds like Jeff Goldblum and Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi want to work together again and they’re looking to work together on a secret new film project. The two talents obviously enjoyed working together.
During a recent interview with Insider, Goldblum was asked about the Disney+ show The Mandalorian, and when the idea was floated about Goldblum reuniting with Waititi on the Star Wars series, Goldblum said:
"I'm a fan of it! I'm a fan, of course, of Taika Waititi. I adore him, always did before I even worked with him, and maybe we'll do something again together."
He then went on to talk about the secret project they’ve got brewing, saying:
“We've talked about doing something else that has to be secret right now but I would do anything with him, sure. And Disney+ are just a great bunch of people to be associated with. They are a wonderful family, how smart and sweet and kind they are.”
It would be awesome to see Goldblum and Waititi team up for a new film project! The two actors have such strong and hilarious personalities and I think they would come up with an awesome, funny, and crazy story to tell.
When asked about Thor: Love and Thunder, and if he would return as Grandmaster, Goldblum wouldn’t say anything. All he said was:
"I can't give away any secrets. I know there's been rumblings and whisperings and I know nothing. I can't say anymore than that."
Well, I can’t wait to see what this secret project is that Waititi and Goldblum have been working on. Whatever it is, I hope that it happens!
