Jenna Ortega to Join Glen Powell in J.J. Abrams' Secret Film Project Set Up at Warner Bros.
J.J. Abrams is developing a secret untitled film project with Glen Powell set to star for Warner Bros. and Jenna Ortega is in final talks to join the project.
Abrams wrote the script for the film and his Bad Robot is producing. There are no details to share in regards to the story, but the report notes that “it’s not a time travel movie.”
There’s always this mystery built up around the films that J.J. Abrams makes. There used to be excitement among fans when we heard Abrams was making a movie, but even since he made those Star Wars films, that’s changed.
Abrams has been having a rough time getting any of his film projects off the ground over the years. He was supposed to produce a bunch of Dark Universe DC films, but he never managed to get any of those into production.
Powell and Ortega seem like an interesting pairing for a film. I’m curious to learn what this movie will be and what kind of story it will tell.
