Jennifer Lawrence Set to Star in Netflix Original Comedy Film DON'T LOOK UP, Written and Directed by Adam McKay

I am a big fan of Jennifer Lawrence, who has been in some great movies like Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle, and Joy, but I haven’t seen her in anything I really liked since Passengers in 2016. So I’m happy to report that she is set to star in an upcoming Netflix comedy called Don’t Look Up that is being written and directed by Adam McKay, who wrote some classics like Anchorman, Talladega Nights, Step Brothers, Ant-Man, The Big Short, and Vice.

Variety reports the film “follows two low-level astronomers who embark on media tour to warn mankind of an approaching asteroid that will destroy planet Earth.”

Principal photography is set to kick off for the film this April. I’m totally down for this team up and can’t wait to see the finished product. Are you excited for Don’t Look Up?
