Jeremy Renner Reprises Hawkeye Role in Mystery Project
Yesterday Jeremy Renner took to his WhoSay page to post the above image of Hawkeye with a caption saying, "Tues morn. I find myself in costume again. I just can't tell you why. And it still fits!"
We know that Avengers: Age of Ultron would go through some reshoots, but there is some speculation that in this instance it could be for an appearance on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The series' Clark Gregg recently teased the possibility that Hawkeye would appear in the series in a piece of art that he posted on Facebook.
There's always the chance that Renner could be working on another Marvel project other than Age of Ultron, and it would be pretty rad if he popped up in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Renner previously discussed a possible role in Captain America: Civil War, but that hasn't started shooting yet. He also talked about a Hawkeye solo film, but who knows if that will ever happen.
Of course, there's always the chance he could pop up as a cameo in any of the Marvel projects in development from Ant-Man to one of the upcoming Netflix series. That seems unlikely, but I'm throwing it out there. In my opinion, he's either suiting up for more Age of Ultron shoots or for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. What do you think?
