THE GREAT BEYOND - J.J. Abrams' New Film - Footage Reaction Video - CinemaCon 2026

During the WB presentation today at CinemaCon 2026 we were able to have a first look at J.J. Abrams’ The Great Beyond, which he wrote and directed. I knew nothing going into this and now I am intrigued. Check out the video and let us know what you think.

The cast features Glenn Powell, Jenna Ortega, Emma Mackey, and Samuel L. Jackson.

Plot details haven’t been shared, but according to reports, the story centers on “an author of popular fantasy novels who reveals that the mythical world he’s known for creating is actually real, sending the lead character (Powell) on a quest.”

The movie hits theaters on November 13th, 2026.
