J.K. Rowling Apologizes For Killing Snape in HARRY POTTER and She Runs For Cover

Happy Battle of Hogwarts day! J.K. Rowling has made it an annual tradition to apologize for killing off certain characters who died during the Battle of Hogwarts on the anniversary of the day that the battle took place. This started in 2015 when she apologized for killing off Fred Weasley, then in 2016 she apologized for the death of Remus Lupin.

Today she dropped a bombshell on the Internet when she apologized for killing off Snape! Whoa! That's a pretty big one and she knew that it was going to ignite a fire under the asses of the fans and she's already run for cover.

In my opinion, there's absolutely no reason to apologize for Snape's death. It was one of the most meaningful deaths in the entire story. For me, it was the death that hit me the hardest, especially with the big reveal. Snape needed to die for the story; it's what made the whole thing so powerful! He may have been seen as a villain by some, but in the end, he was a hero.

Here's how the fans are reacting. After you go through these, let us know how you feel about Rowling apologizing for killing off Snape.
