J.K. Rowling Reveals New Wand Designs for HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD
With the two-part Harry Potter and the Cursed Child stage play in development, the concept art for some of the props in the play has started to surface. The first piece of art comes from J.K. Rowling herself, and it gives us a look at some of the new wand designs that were created for the production.
The image shows wands for Hermione, Harry, Ron, Draco, and Ginny, complete with style notes and wood types. If you're a talented craftsman, you could probably use this art to bring these wands to life for you own selfish desires!
In this new story, we learn what happened to Harry Potter, his family, and his friends. Here’s what we know about the story so far:
It was always difficult being Harry Potter and it isn’t much easier now that he is an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic, a husband and father of three school-age children. While Harry grapples with a past that refuses to stay where it belongs, his youngest son Albus must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted. As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: sometimes, darkness comes from unexpected places.
