Jodie Comer Stars in Emotional Trailer for Survival Drama THE END WE START FROM

A new trailer has been released for the survival drama The End We Start From. Emmy-winner Jodie Comer (Killing Eve, The Last Duel) stars in the film alongside Joel Fry, Katherine Waterston, Gina McKee, Nina Sosanya, Mark Strong, and Benedict Cumberbatch. The film was directed by Mahalia Belo from a screenplay written by Alice Birch (Normal People).

The film’s synopsis reads:

"England, tomorrow: Forced out of London by cataclysmic flooding, a new mother (Jodie Comer) her partner (Joel Fry), and their infant make their way to his parents’ home in the countryside, only to find the situation growing increasingly desperate there, as well… An apocalyptic drama that still makes room for hope, The End We Start From uses the language of genre to ask the only question that matters about our increasingly bleak future: What will you do? And why aren't you doing it already?"

The film premiered at the Toronto and London Film Festivals this fall, and reviews have said that this is a career-defining role for Jodie Comer.
