John Carpenter's Iconic HALLOWEEN Score Gets an Amazing Cover By Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross
John Carpenter's classic Halloween theme song is one of my favorite movie scores of all time. It's right up there with John Williams' Jaws score. It's the first song that I ever learned how to play on the piano!
Well, if you're a fan of the iconic horror movie score, you're going to absolutely love this cover performed by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. This is the version of the Halloween theme that I'll be blasting from my home when the kids come by trick or treating.
The song completely honors the original score, but it also has its own atmospheric and hypnotic flavor. Carpenter himself has praised their spellbinding version of the classic saying:
