John Travolta Plays a Rabid Movie Fan Stalking Devon Sawa in The Fred Durst Directed Film MOOSE

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst is currently directing a new film in Alabama called Moose. The movie is inspired by a real-life story of a fan that was stalking Durst years ago.

John Travolta stars in the film as Moose, who is a "rabid movie fan obsessed with his favorite celebrity action hero." That action hero is played by Devon Sawa (Final Destination, SLC Punk). "As Moose’s obsession grows stronger, his fixation turns from stalking to ambition of destroying the star’s life — a story inspired by a real-life fan who stalked Durst many years ago."

This sounds like it will be an interesting movie. This seems like a different kind of role for Travolta to take on and it's great to see Devon Sawa land a solid role in a movie!

Durst previously directed The Longshots and The Education of Charlie Banks, both of which were decent films, but Moose sounds like it could be his best one yet.
