John Turturro Cast as Carmine Falcone in THE BATMAN
John Turturro has surprisingly been cast in Matt Reeves The Batman and he will be taking on the role of Carmine Falcone. Falcon os a Gotham City gangster and adversary to the Caped Crusader. Reeves revealed the news himself on Twitter:

Turturro joins Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne, Zoe Kravitz will play Selina Kyle aka Catwoman, Paul Dano will play the Riddler, Colin Farrell will play the Penguin, Jeffrey Wright, will play Commissioner Gordon and Andy Serkis is set to play Alfred.
Tom Wilkinson previously played Carmine Falcone in Christopher Nolan’s Batman Begins. I’m a big fan of Turtorro and I love that he’s been cast as Falcone! There’s no doubt that he’s going to be great in this role!
The Batman will be a noir style film that will lean into Batman as a detective. It’s scheduled to hit theaters June 25th, 2021. What do you think about Turturro taking on the role of Falcone?
