John Wesley Shipp is Sporting His Classic 90's Flash Costume in New Photos From DC's "Elseworlds" Crossover
Some fun new photos have surfaced from the upcoming Arrowverse crossover event, “Elseworlds”, and they feature something pretty rad.
Each of the photos show actor John Wesley Shipp wearing the classic Flash costume that he wore in the early 90s series!
Now, this isn’t that actual costume that he wore in the 90s show. This one is a new one based on that design and it was created by The Flash costume designer Kate Main. She also made sure to make this one a lot more comfortable than the original one.
The suit looks great! The photos also show Shipp standing along side Grant Gustin as Green Arrow, Stephen Amell as The Flash, and Melissa Benoist as Supergirl. Check out all the photos below:

While plot details for the upcoming crossover event remain under wraps, we know that the crossover event will bring Green Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl to Gotham City where they will meet an Arkham Asylum scientist and Nora Fries, the wife of Batman villain Mr. Freeze. It will also introduce both Batwoman (Ruby Rose) and Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) to the DC TV multiverse. And it marks the first time Arrow and The Flash meet Superman, who will be sporting a black suit. The series has also been shooting at the Kent’s house from Smallville.
"Elseworlds" will air across three nights, and will launch on Sunday, December 9th on The Flash at 8pm. It continues on Arrow Monday, December 10th at 8pm and then finishes up on Supergirl Tuesday, December 11th at 8pm.
