JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3 Has Started Shooting and Here Are Some Photos From the Set
Keanu Reeves has started shooting John Wick: Chapter 3! The story for the next chapter of the story is currently being crafted by director Chad Stahelski and Reeves is out there looking cool and kicking ass. Thanks to cinematographer Dan Laustsen, we have a couple photos from the set to share with you and one of them features the title character looking down a brightly lit New York City road. Here's the synopsis for the film that was previously released:
John Wick (Keanu Reeves) is on the run for two reasons… he’s being hunted for a global $14 million dollar open contract on his life, and for breaking a central rule: taking a life on Continental Hotel grounds. The victim was a member of the High Table who ordered the open contract. John should have already been executed, except the Continental’s manager, Winston, has given him a one-hour grace period before he’s ‘Excommunicado’ – membership revoked, banned from all services and cut off from other members. John uses the service industry to stay alive as he fights and kills his way out of New York City.
Common, Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane and Ruby Rose are expected to reprise their roles in the sequel with Hiroyuki Sanada (The Wolverine) reportedly playing the villain.
John Wick: Chapter 3 is currently set to hit theaters on May 17, 2019. And don't forget! Starz is also developing a spinoff TV series called The Continental.
