JOKER Actor Shea Whigham Has Joined the Upcoming MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE Sequels
Director Christopher McQuarrie has announced a new cast member joining his upcoming Mission: Impossible sequels. He has officially added Joker co-star and Boardwalk Empire cast member Shea Whigham to the growing ensemble cast. He will appear in both sequels, and the announcement came with the caption, “You won’t see him coming,” which leads me to believe he’ll be a villain in the story.
He joins Tom Cruise and Rebecca Ferguson and newcomers Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff, and Gregory Sanon.
The upcoming Mission: Impossible sequels will continue Ethan Hunt’s adventures, and McQuarrie is going to be directing both of them back to back. We don’t have any details on the story, but I sure do love this franchise. and I can’t wait to see what crazy stunt Tom Cruise will be pulling off in them!
Mission: Impossible 7 film will be released on July 23rd, 2021, while Mission: Impossible 8 will be released on August 5th, 2022.
