Jon Favreau Voiced an Alien Character in SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY
Director Ron Howard has confirmed that actor and director Jon Favreau plays an alien character in Solo: A Star Wars Story. He will provide the voice on an alien character who is said to be "very cool and important."
Favreau posted the following photo on Twitter:

Then Howard followed that up with the big reveal:
Wondering why we r all together? @Jon_Favreau is voicing a very cool & important alien character for #HanSolo Flattered & fortunate I could pull him away from his #LionKing directing duties https://t.co/W5N7YoAlq6

There are no details on who Favreau is playing in the film, but there was one cool looking alien character in the trailer that it might be. It seems like this character is a part of the team that Han joins up with. Here is a screenshot of that character:
There's also the long shot that Favreau could be providing the voice of Jabba The Hutt, but that's just speculation on my part and a little wishful thinking. Even if it's not, no matter who Favreau will be playing in the movie, it's still great that he's going to be a part of the movie.
