Jon Watts is in Final Talks To Direct SPIDER-MAN 3 For Marvel and Sony
We’ve another new development on Marvel and Sony’s Spider-Man 3 to share with you. According to Deadline, Jon Watts, the director of Homecoming and Far From Home is in final talks to come back and direct the third installment of the franchise.
With Kevin Feige, Jon Watts, and Tom Holland all teaming up again for the next chapter of the franchise, it’s safe to say that we are going to get another great film. I’m especially excited to see how the story continues! The ending of Far From Home really threw fans for a loop and completely changes up Spider-Man’s story!
The deal with Watts is expected to wrap up soon and I can’t wait to see what the Spider-Man creative team has planned for Spider-Man and Peter Parker as development on the movie moves forward.
Spider-Man 3 is scheduled for release on July 16th, 2021.
