Jonah Hill Is in Talks to Play a Villain in DC's THE BATMAN

We’ve got another big bit of casting news to share with you today in regards to director Matt Reeves’ The Batman. According to Deadline, Jonah Hill is also in talks to join the film as one of the villains.

There’s no word on which villain he would play, but it’s not hard for me to imagine him in the role of The Penguin, who is said to be one of the main villains in the movie. He will join the previously cast Robert Pattinson in the film, who is playing the Dark Knight.

Jeffrey Wright (Westworld) is also in talks to play Commissioner Gordon, and John David Washington (BlackKklansman) has been rumored to be up for the role of Harvey Dent/Two-Face. The deals for all of these other actors are not set in stone yet, but so far, I like the potential casting!

The Batman is set for release on June 25, 2021, and I’m looking forward to getting some solid concrete info on the story that this movie is going to tell.
