Jordan Peele is "Seriously Considering" Making a Sequel To GET OUT
I never really thought that Jordan Peele's Get Out needed a sequel, but apparently, the director of the film is seriously considering making one. The news came from Peele himself during an interview with THR. He starts out by saying:
"I would never wanna do a sequel that just feels like for the sake of a sequel. I would have to have a story that I feel would take it up a notch."
He then went on to explain that a sequel would tie up some loose ends that he feels were left dangling from the first film:
"I will definitely seriously consider it. I love that universe and I feel like there is more story to tell. I don’t know what it is now but there are some loose ends... that feel like they want to be tied up."
Who knows if it will ever happen, but the fact that Peele is considering it is the first step in the direction of making it happen.
If the sequel did happen, I imagine that it might focus on some of the remaining people who underwent the Coagula Process. Hell, maybe the Armitage family aren't the only ones that are doing the Coagula Process in this world that Peele created. There are plenty ideas to play with.
What would you want to see happen in a Get Out sequel if it happened?
