Jordan Peele's Nazi Hunter Series THE HUNT Lands at Amazon

That Nazi hunter series that Jordan Peele (Get Out) is developing, The Hunt, has been picked up by Amazon, and has been given a straight-to-series order with 10 episodes.

The story follows a "diverse band of Nazi Hunters living in 1977 New York City. The Hunters, as they’re known, have discovered that hundreds of high ranking Nazi officials are living among us and conspiring to create a Fourth Reich in the US. The eclectic team of Hunters will set out on a bloody quest to bring the Nazis to justice and thwart their new genocidal plans."

The project is said to be based on an original concept created by David Weil, and it's inspired by real-life events. Peele had this to say about the project in a statement:

“When David Weil first shared ‘The Hunt’ with me, I immediately knew that we had to be involved. Its cathartic. Its noir. It’s frighteningly relevant. It’s exactly what I want to see on television. I am thrilled to be working with Amazon in bringing this incredible vision to the world.”

I love the concept behind the series and I think that it could turn out to be great, especially with Peele helping with the development of it.
