Jordan Peele's NOPE Gets a Cool Behind the Scenes Video and Some Character Posters
While we wait for the new trailer to drop for Jordan Peele’s upcoming sci-fi horror film Nope, we’ve got a new featurette to share with you along with a few character posters.
The featurette is titled “A Cinematic Event,” and it offers a pretty cool behind the scenes look at the making of the film. There aren’t really any interviews with the cast and crew. Peele offers a few words about pulling off his vision for the film and then we just get a lot of behind the scenes footage mixed with actual footage from the film.
Nope is described as a “new pop nightmare: the expansive horror epic.” The film reunites Peele with Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out, Judas and the Black Messiah), who is joined by Keke Palmer (Hustlers, Alice) and Steven Yeun (Minari, Okja) as residents in a lonely gulch of inland California who bear witness to an uncanny and chilling discovery.
The film co-stars Michael Wincott (Hitchcock, Westworld) and Brandon Perea (The OA, American Insurrection). Universal Pictures will release the movie on July 22nd.
