Joseph Gordon-Levitt Set to Write, Produce, and Star in New Drama for Apple TV

Apple TV+ is shaping up quite nicely, as it seems like every week we are hearing about more great content that is being added to their lineup. This week is no different, as we now have word that Joseph Gordon-Levitt (50/50, Inception) is creating a series for the streamer that he will write, executive-produce, and star in, as well as produce under his HitRECord production banner, alongside A24.

The series will be called Mr. Corman, and Variety reports that the show will follow “an elementary school teacher grappling with adulthood in Los Angeles.”

I am a huge JGL fan, so I show up to see anything he puts out. And I’m already pretty stoked about the Apple TV+ lineup, so it’s a win-win. We don’t have an official date lined up for the streamer yet, but rumors are that we may see it release this fall.

Are you excited for this series, or Apple TV in general?
