Josh Brolin Says DEADPOOL 2 Is Funnier Than DEADPOOL

Josh Brolin is raising the bar in terms of anticipation for Deadpool 2, and it's safe to say the bar was pretty damn high to begin with. Brolin says he thinks the film is funnier than the original in the quote below: 

If audiences thought Deadpool was about as funny as a superhero movie could get, they’re in for a pleasant surprise when it comes to the sequel.

Brolin also admits that he was apprehensive to jump into the role of Cable as he knew he would already have his work cut out for him with Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War, but said his wife convinced him to read the script, and he was sold. As for whether or not anyone mentions Brolin's two roles within the Marvel universe directly in Deadpool 2, Brolin isn't saying anything. Well, he did say Cable doesn't break the fourth wall like Deadpool, but most of us already knew that. Are you hoping for a Thanos reference in Deadpool 2? Thanks to Comicbook for the heads up.
