Josh Duhamel and Elena Kampouris in Talks to Star in JUPITER'S LEGACY

Netflix is working hard to bring the Millarworld to its service. This is probably due to the fact that all the Marvel content will most likely be leaving at some point this year and Netflix wants to cover the superhero base. Their first entry into Mark Millar’s Millarworld will be Jupiter’s Legacy and we may finally have some casting. According to GWW, Netflix is in talks with Josh Duhamel for the role of Sheldon Sampson and Elena Kampouris may be Chloe Sampson.

Sheldon Sampson is The Utopian, a first-generation superhero who is very patriotic and Superman-esque. The same report says that Eric Bana and Pablo Schriber were previously in talks for the role, but both passed.

Chloe Sampson is the daughter of The Utopian and Lady Liberty. However, she doesn’t have as much interest in saving the world as she does in having fun and partying.

Lady Liberty and Brainwave are also set to be central to Jupiter’s Legacy, but no casting has been announced. Morena Baccarin, Lizzy Caplan, and Carrie Coon have all turned down the role of Lady Liberty (ouch) and the role of Brainwave was turned down by James Badge Dale.
