Josh Gad Teases Next Episode of REUNITED APART With the Cast of GHOSTBUSTERS!
Josh Gad has been giving fans a huge treat with his web series Reunited Apart, which has already given us reunions with the casts of Goonies, Back to the Future, Splash, and most recently, The Lord of the Rings. We were given a fun little clue as to who we could expect in the next episode in the final moments of the last show, when Ray Parker Jr.’s hit theme song Ghostbusters came on!
Gas confirmed the news on Twitter saying:
“We cannot wait to release this! It WILL NOT be on June 8th, but I promise it will be soon!!!! And it is going to be very very special!! Watch this space. #ReunitedApart #Ghostbusters Coming soon!!!!”
So we should be able to expect Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, and Ernie Hudson at the reunion, as they are the three remaining Ghostbusters after the loss of Harold Ramis. Hopefully we will also see Sigourney Weaver, Annie Potts, and Rick Moranis, all of whom are expected to appear in the upcoming Ghostbusters: Afterlife, except Moranis, who mostly quit acting in the late 90s to take care of his kids full time.
I would bet that we will also see appearances from original director Ivan Reitman and soundtrack singer Ray Parker Jr.. Maybe we will even see Jason Reitman, director of the new film, who can let us in on a few new details!
This is an episode that will be really fun, and I know there are tons of fans out there excited to see it! Who are you most excited to see from the cast?
