Josh Hartnett Will Star Alongside Jason Statham in Guy Ritchie's Spy Thriller FIVE EYES

Josh Hartnett (Penny Dreadful) is set to star alongside Jason Statham, Cary Elwes, and Aubrey Plaza in director Guy Ritchie’s upcoming movie Five Eyes.

Five Eyes is a spy thriller that follows “MI6 guns-and-steel agent (Statham) who is recruited by global intelligence alliance ‘Five Eyes’ to track down and stop the sale of a deadly new weapons technology that threatens to disrupt the world order. Reluctantly paired with CIA high-tech expert, Fortune sets off on a globe-trotting mission where he will have to use all of his charm, ingenuity and stealth to track down and infiltrate billionaire arms broker.”

This movie is sure to be another wild and crazy Ritchie film, and I’m loving the cast that the filmmaker is bringing together for it. Hartnett previously worked with Ritchie and Statham in the upcoming film Wrath of Man, which is going to be released later this year.

Ivan Atkinson wrote the Five Eyes with Marn Davies (The Gentlemen), and the film is set to start shooting in February in Turkey.
