Judd Apatow Fills Out the Rest of the Cast for His Ensemble Comedy THE BUBBLE at Netflix
Judd Apatow (Freaks and Geeks, Trainwreck, The King of Staten Island) has filled out the rest of his cast for his Netflix comedy feature, The Bubble. Apatow is writing and directing the film alongside his daughter Iris Apatow, who has appeared in many of his films and, most recently, the Netflix series Love. Pam Brady also co-wrote the script. Apatow’s longtime partner Barry Mendel will serve as executive producer. Brady and Donald Sabourin also will exec produce.
New cast members include comedian Vir Das, Rob Delaney (Deadpool 2), Dennis Hopper’s daughter newcomer Galen Hopper, Samson Kayo (Truth Seekers), Guz Khan (Four Weddings and a Funeral), SNL Writer Nick Kocher, Ross Lee, Harry Trevaldwyn (The King), and Danielle Vitalis (Attack the Block). They join previously cast Karen Gillan (Guardians of the Galaxy), Maria Bakalova (Borat Subsequent Movie Film), Iris Apatow, Fred Armisen (SNL), David Duchovny (The X-Files), Keegan-Michael Key (Key and Peele), Leslie Mann (This is 40), Pedro Pascal (The Mandalorian), and Peter Serafinowicz (The Tick).
The Bubble is a timely film that follows a group of actors and actresses stuck inside a pandemic bubble at a hotel attempting to complete a film.
I am a fan of Apatow and his projects, so I am looking forward to this movie. Are you interested in The Bubble?
