Judd Apatow's Star-Studded Netflix Film THE BUBBLE Gets Meta Trailer for a Film Within a Film
The first teaser trailer has been released for Judd Apatow’s upcoming Netflix film The Bubble, ony the teaser trailer is for a film within the film that he made. The teaser trailer is for the movie Cliff Beasts 6: The Battle for Everest: Memories of a Requiem, and it’s a representation of many of the big-budget tentpole films that Hollywood produces these days.
The trailer for the film came with the following tagline: “Humankind is threatened once again by a dinosaur species: Cliff Beasts. The team must reunite, after 5 long years, to battle the Cliff Beasts - but this time on Mount Everest.”
While this is a fake film within a film, that certainly sounds like something Hollywood would make.
As for as The Bubble goes, the movie follows a group of actors stuck inside a pandemic bubble while shooting a movie at a hotel. I assume Cliff Beasts 6: The Battle for Everest: Memories of a Requiem is that movie.
The Bubble has an all-star cast that consists of Karen Gillan, Fred Armisen, Maria Bakalova, Keegan-Michael Key, David Duchovny, Leslie Mann, Pedro Pascal, Peter Serafinowicz, Vir Das, Rob Delaney, and Apatow’s daughter, Iris Apatow.
Apatow directs, produces and co-wrote the script with Pam Brady. The Bubble seems like it’s going to offer some fun entertainment and it will be released on April 1st.! Check out the trailer for Cliff Beasts 6: The Battle for Everest: Memories of a Requiem below!
