JUMP FORCE is Coming to the Nintendo Switch with an Exclusive Game Mode and New DLC Announced
Jump Force is an arena fighting game featuring popular characters from popular manga featured in Shonen Jump including Goku from Dragon Ball, Luffy from One Piece, Naruto from Naruto, and Atem from Yu-Gi-Oh!. The game was originally released last year on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Now, the game is coming to the Nintendo Switch as a Deluxe Edition.
This edition of the game includes the base game and the characters form the Season 1 Characters Pass giving players access to over 50 playable characters from 16 different franchises. In addition, the Switch version will have an exclusive offline 3v3 mode for you and five of your friends to play together. Each player will control a different character and will have to be ready for when their teammate tags them in. This sounds like a really fun new mode and really fits the bill of fun party-like games on the Switch and no other consoles. Jump Force Deluxe Edition will be available on the Nintendo Switch later this year for $49.99.
In addition to the game coming to the Switch, Bandai Namco also announced Character Pass 2 DLC for the game also later this year. This DLC will be availbale for all versions at the price of $17.99 and bring in 5 new characters: Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia, and mystery characters from Bleach, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Hunter X Hunter, and Yu Yu Hakusho.
