Disney's JUNGLE CRUISE Gets Pushed Back to 2020
Jungle Cruise recently finished the production stage. Now, Dwayne Johnson has taken to Instagram to share another update on the film and this time it does not feature the man himself. Instead, it is simply the title of the film and then the date July 24, 2020, pops up.
That’s right, Jungle Cruise will no longer be releasing on October 11, 2019, but has been pushed back by about nine months. No reason has been given for the movie, but I suspect it has to do with Disney acquiring Fox. It’s also interesting to note that this puts the film releasing only one week ahead of an unnamed Marvel film.
Jungle Cruise stars Johnson, Emily Blunt, Paul Giamatti, Jesse Plemons, Edgar Ramirez, and Jack Whitehall. Jaume Collet-Serra is directing.
