Just in Case You Didn't Know, Today Is Captain Picard Day!

Happy Captain Picard Day everyone! Yes, Captain Picard Day is a real thing. It was first introduced in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “The Pegasus.” Late in the episode, it's mentioned that the Stardate is 47457.1, which is equivalent to June 16th. In the episode, Captain Picard Day is an event that takes place on the Enterprise in which Picard shows school children what Starfleet is like. You can pay tribute to Captain Picard any way you want today, so celebrate accordingly and enjoy the day!

I figured there needed to be a decent quality video of this on YouTube that didn't have a personal log before it, so here it is in all of its glory.

Please note, I am NOT the author of the music. That would be DarkMateria, and you can find his work (including the original .mp3) online at http://tborgax.homepage.dk
