Justice League: Gods And Monsters Chronicles — New Trailer Released

While the jury is still out on their cinematic universe, DC certainly has the animated genre firmly in its grasp. Airing exclusively on Machinima, Bruce Timm's Gods And Monsters Chronicles starts its three episode first season on June 8th, with the rest of the episodes to follow on June 10th and June 12th respectively. This darker take on the DCU features a darker twist on just about everything, from a Son of Zod Superman to an Ares-inspired Wonder Woman, to finally a Batman who might just love the dark too much. In an alternative history Zod is Superman's father, Batman is a vampiric Man-Bat, and Wonder Woman is the child of Ares, God of War. When these dark heroes form an alliance, the question everyone asks is will they save the world, or rule it?
