Kathryn Hahn Says AGATHA ALL ALONG Was a "Beautiful and Satisfying Way to Say Goodbye" to the Character
Actress Kathryn Hahn returned in Agatha All Along to tell a full story about her WandaVision character Agnes, who turned out to be the timeless Marvel witch, Agatha Harkness.
We got to see the end of her timeline, as a living witch, and in the finale episode, her ghost went off with Joe Locke’s character, Billy, as he set off to find his family.
Whether we will see her again in the MCU remains to be seen, but either way, Hahn is happy with what she made in the series. She told The Los Angeles Times:
“Even though obviously now Billy/Wiccan is not her son, there is some sort of hope for her that she’s able to maybe do for him what she couldn’t do for Nicky. I think they do make a great team.
“Of course, I love this part and I love Joe Locke madly, and we’ll see what the future holds. In my mind, this was a beautiful and satisfying way to say goodbye to this incredible character I had to play.”
Hahn insists she has not had any future talks with the studio about what make come to pass for Agatha, so like she said, we will just have to wait and see. I wouldn’t be surprised to see her return the next time we see Billy’s story pick up, which will undoubtedly happen at some point.
You can catch up on Agatha All Along on Disney+, where all episodes are available.
