Keanu Reeves in Talks To Star in Superhero Netflix Movie PAST MIDNIGHT From Joe and Anthony Russo
Netflix has picked up a new superhero project called Past Midnight, which will center around a "new kind of vigilante superhero" and Keanu Reeves is in talks to star in it!
The film will be directed by Dope director Rick Famuyiwa and it will be produced by Joe and Anthony Russo, who are best known for directing the last two Captain America movies and the upcoming Avengers films.
Details on the plot are being kept under wraps, all we know at this point is that it will introduce us to a new kind of vigilante hero. There's some great talent attached to it, though, and if Keanu Reeves signs up, you know it's going to be awesome!
There was a big bidding war on the script that was written by TJ Fixman and Netflix beat out everyone and took home the prize. Fixman has worked on upcoming films such as One Night on the Hudson, The Lost, and Gargoyles, which has nothing to do with the 90s animated series.
I'm curious to find out what exactly this new superhero film turns out to be.
