Keanu Reeves Teases a Crazy Fight Scene in JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 4

We still don’t know much about John Wick: Chapter 4 and the story that it will deliver, but Keanu Reeves recently teased an action sequence that they are currently shooting that sounds pretty crazy. It’s a fight sequence that is set in the middle of traffic. Reeves recently shared in an interview with Today:

“They’re fun. They’re intense. We’re going for it. There’s some really amazing John Wick action and new characters and it’s been really fun to be playing the role again and to be telling this story. You know, there’s new characters and we’re opening up the world. Right now we’re just shooting this crazy fight scene in the middle of traffic. So there’s car crashes, gun fights.”

We’ve seen our fair share of action scenes involving cars and motorcycles in the John Wick franchise, but we have yet to see one in the middle of traffic, and I’m sure they will end up doing some bonkers stuff like always. I’m sure that Wick will be battle a bunch of other hitmen trying to kill him, as always.

Chad Stahelski is directing the film from a script written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch. The film also stars Donnie Yen, Hiroyuki Sanada, Rina Sawayama, Shamier Anderson, Lance Reddick, and Ian McShane.

John Wick: Chapter 4 is currently scheduled to open in theaters on May 27th, 2022.
