Kevin Conroy Recreates "The Knights Who Say Nee" Scene As Batman

Monty Python and the Holy Grail is a hilarious film. There are so many great moments in it that it’s hard to pick just one. One that many will love is when we meet the knights who say “nee.” If you’re not familiar with the scene or want a refresher, here’s one:

A hilarious clip from Monty Pythons: The Holy Grail. Also for all you Python fans out there have yourself a gander at this fine collection. http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Monty-Pythons-Flying-Circus/dp/B001E77XNA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1226597796&sr=1-1

That’s pretty funny, but what if the head knight was Batman? On the latest Talkin’ Toons with Rob Paulsen, Kevin Conroy reprises his role as Batman and gives Arthur and Sir Bedevere the quest to bring them a shrubbery. This episode is a little different than others because only Conroy is using a character voice. Arthur and Bedevere are played by Paul Dini and Alan Burnett who were writers for Batman: The Animated Series and they don’t have character voices in the bit. It’s still fun to have the Dark Knight use his dark voice to ask for a shrubbery.
