Kevin Feige Explains the Next Time We'll See a New AVENGERS Movie
Marvel Studios had a great run of films that built up the Avengers team, and it all came to an epic conclusion with Avengers: Endgame. They are now moving forward with Phase 4, and in this next phase a lot of new, cool, and interesting things are happening. There’s a slew of new characters that will be introduced into the MCU, and it’s all eventually going to lead up to a new Avengers team-up movie with a new group of characters. But, this isn’t going to happen anytime soon.
Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige was asked about the next time we will see an Avengers team on the big screen, and he responded:
“I think we want there to be a reasonable amount of time from the Endgame to start a new saga, which is already underway and already started. And then you need time, as you did in Phase 1, to build that saga before you start bringing everyone together.”
There’s no time frame given as to how long “a reasonable amount of time is”, but it’s safe to say that it’s a few years away from happening. When we do see another Avengers film, it’s going to be interesting to see what that new team looks like.
What Marvel characters do you think will end up in the new Avengers team?
