Kevin Feige Says SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME Title Has “Alternate Meaning”

Over the weekend, Tom Holland revealed that Marvel and Sony’s Spider-Man sequel will be called Spider-Man: Far From Home.

In a recent interview with CinemaBlend, Kevin Feige confirmed the title and offered a little bit of insight on it. He explains how the title is similar to Spider-Man: Homecoming and that it has multiple meanings.

"[It's] similar [to Spider-Man: Homecoming]. I won't say what the meanings are, but we enjoy that title because, like Homecoming, it is full of alternate meaning. And we liked continuing the 'Home' thing, with the little Spidey symbol in the 'Home.'

The most literal interpretation of the title points to Spider-Man going on a global adventure. That’s already been revealed by Feige, but it will be interesting to see what the other meanings of the title are that Feige is teasing.

What other means do you think might be associated with Spider-Man: Far From Home?
