Kevin Smith Gives an Hour-Long Deep Review of STAR WARS: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER
Kevin Smith has shared an hour-long video review of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. This is another Star Wars film that is polarizing fans. A lot of fans loved final chapter of the Skywalker saga, while a good amount of fans felt like they were let down.
I’ve seen the movie twice since it’s been released, and I had a fun time watching it. There are a lot of questions and nitpicky things that I can dive into and complain about, but I was still ultimately entertained! There was some cool stuff in the movie!
For those of you wondering what super Star Wars fan Kevin Smith thought of the film, he loved it and he wanted to take a deep dive into it in this video review, which you may or may not enjoy or find insightful. He says:
“I enjoyed the fuuck out of myself, I’ve seen it four times. So I got to go deep and analyze stuff, some stuff I didn’t pick up on the first/second and even third viewings, so… Man, I commend J.J. [Abrams] and everybody involved, bringing that ship in for a landing. I know some people are like, ‘fuck you,’ he didn’t do it right for you. He did it right for me. I was fine. I was happy.”
He also went on to say, “as you can see, I still get emotional over this shit. I was there for it, man.” The thing that I like most about Smith is that he’s so passionate and energetic about the things he loves and enjoys! I love positive energy like that; it’s an energy I can relate to. I love positivity, I feed off of it, I need it in my life. There are so many negative things that happen that positivity helps in healing and bringing happiness.
