Fast food chain KFC, formerly known as Kentucky Fried Chicken, hired DJ and actor Kristian Nairn, who plays Hodor on HBO's fantasy series Game of Thrones, to help out with a new commercial that's inspired by one of that character's major moments in the sixth season. No fan of the show will ever forget the heartbreaking death of Hodor last season, nor the reveal that the reason he only said the word "Hodor" was because of Bran's time travel ("Hodor," of course, being a portmanteau of the phrase "hold the door").
