Konami Announces New Traptrix Structure Deck for YU-GI-OH! TCG

Konami recently announced a new Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG structure deck will be releasing in February based around the Traptrix archetype. Currently titled Structure Deck featuring Traptirx, the deck will be filled with Trap Hole cards.

We don’t know much about what specific cards will be inside, but the release does state that we’ll “find key “Traptrix” and “Trap Hole” cards from the past alongside powerful brand-new cards!” In addition, Konami says that the recently announced booster set Photon Hypernova will have cards that support the deck and take it to the next level. Is it just marketing or could it actually be true?

I guess we’ll have to wait to find out. What do you expect to find inside the new structure deck?

The “Traptrix” theme is comprised of EARTH Plant and Insect-Type monsters that may appear cute on the surface, but the closer you get the more you’ll find that they’re truly nefarious. You will be able to purchase Structure Deck featuring Traptrix starting February 24, 2023, with an MSRP of $11.99. OTS locations will have it a little earlier on February 22.
