Konami is Releasing Elemental HERO-Themed Accessories for the YU-GI-OH! TCG

Konami recently announced new accessories for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game and this time, they’re going for the GX fans. The new accessories will all be themed after the Elemental HERO cards used by Jaden Yuki. HEROs have a big fanbase and so this could be really nice. I’ve always enjoyed the Duelist Portfolios and Game Mats released from Konami and while the Card Case and Card Sleeves aren’t perfect, they can be nice in a pinch or to just have something a little flashy. The Duelist Portfolio will have an MSRP of $9.99 and feature feature some art based around the Elemental HERO theme (that’s all I’ve got, sadly).
Sadly, we don’t know more about that one’s artwork, but you’ll be able to store 180 cards. The Game Mat will retail for $14.99 and artwork of an abundance of “Elemental HERO” monsters together in one place!” The Card Sleeves will feature artwork from Miracle Fusion and cost $3.99 per pack of 50 while the Card Case can hold at least 70 sleeved cards for $4.99 and have artwork for Skyscraper and Skydive Scorcher. I am really interested to see the art for the Duelist Portfolio and Game Mat. All of these accessories will be available on August 5.
