Konami Renames the YU-GI-OH! 2022 Holiday Box and Shares First Official Image of Upcoming Products
A month or so ago, Konami announced the 2022 Holiday Box for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. Recently, they announced that the product has been renamed Magnificent Mavens and released some mockup images.
Each box will contain a pack of 70 (yay!) card sleeves with one of six new designs based on the Sky Striker, Mayakashi, or Witchcrafter archetypes as well as 4 booster packs that will each have 5 Ultra Rare cards. In addition, select cards in the set will be available in the Egyptian Hieroglyphic Pharaoh’s Rare Ultra Rare.
You can find boxes at your game stores starting November 4 with an MSRP of $24.99.
In addition, Konami released a mockup image for the upcoming booster set Battles of Legend: Crystal Revenge. This set will include cards for the 3 Musketeers of Face Cards, Earth Ignis, and more. If I had to guess, one of the “more” is Crystal Beasts although nothing official has been said about that. Just look a the name and image though and it’s pretty obvious. You can grab Crystal Revenge from your game store on September 30 with an MSRP of $4.19 per pack. Each pack will have 5 cards that include 4 Ultra Rares and 1 Secret Rare.
