Kurt Russell Is Back as Santa Claus in New Promo for Netflix's THE CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES 2
Netflix has shared a promo spot for The Christmas Chronicles 2, which sees Kurt Russell return to the role of Santa Claus and Goldie Hawn as Mrs. Claus. Along with the promo came the release date of November 25th, right before Thanksgiving.
The story follows Kate Pierce, who is now a cynical teenager, “as she unexpectedly reunites with Santa Claus when a mysterious, magical troublemaker named Belsnickel threatens to destroy Christmas forever.”
The upcoming sequel is being directed by Chris Columbus (Home Alone) and will welcome the return of Darby Camp as Kate, Kimberly Williams-Paisley as Claire, and Judah Lewis as Teddy. New additions to the cast include Julian Dennison as Belsnickel and Jahzir Bruno as Jack. Tyrese Gibson has also joined the cast.
The first movie was a wonderfully fun Christmas movie, and anyone who enjoyed the film is sure to like what the sequel has to offer.
