Kylo Ren Confronts a Mysterious Force in New Photo From STAR WARS: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER
We’ve got another new photo to share with you for J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. This latest image comes from Empire and it shows Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) confronting some kind of mysterious force using its power that’s strong enough to throw an army of Stormtroopers across the hanger of a starship base. Kylo, however, is able to hold his ground.
Co-writer Chris Terrio also talked to the outlet and discussed the bond between Kylo Ren and Rey, saying:
"Some of the most interesting scenes in The Last Jedi are the conversations between Rey and Ren. We’ve tried to pick up that complicated relationship that really has been present ever since the interrogation in Episode VII.
"When Ren takes off his mask, there’s a nakedness about him with Rey that he doesn’t express to anyone else. Rian developed that in fascinating ways and we’ve been able to develop it even further."
It’s going to be interesting to see what exactly Abrams and Lucasfilm’s creative team is doing with this final film in the Skywalker saga. Hopefully, all our answers will be revealed in this movie when it’s released on December 20th.
