THE WIRE Star Lance Reddick Cast in GODZILLA VS KONG

Lance Reddick (The Wire, Fringe) is the latest actor to join Godzilla vs. Kong according to Deadline. His role has not been disclosed, but Reddick joins Demián Bichir, Millie Bobby Brown, Kyle Chandler, Julian Dennison, Eiza González, Brian Tyree Henry, Jessica Henwick, Shun Oguri, and Alexander Skarsgård.

In a time when monsters walk the Earth, humanity’s fight for its future sets Godzilla and Kong on a collision course that will see the two most powerful forces of nature on the planet collide in a spectacular battle for the ages. As Monarch embarks on a perilous mission into uncharted terrain and unearths clues to the Titans’ origins, a human conspiracy threatens to wipe the creatures, both good and bad, from the face of the earth forever.

Adam Wingard (Death Note) is directing this film which is acting as the fourth installment of the monsterverse.

Godzilla vs. Kong is set to release in theaters on May 22, 2020.
