LARA CROFT GO Art Contest To Benefit Child's Play Charity; See The Trailer

Lara Croft GO is the newest puzzle-oriented mobile adaptation from Square Enix, similar to their previous release of Hitman GO. I really enjoyed Hitman GO, which boiled down the game to its barest essentials and did something unique with it. Lara Croft GO looks to do the same thing with Tomb Raider, but now fans and artists alike can support their favorite IP and raise money for a great cause.

Square Enix wants you to submit your favorite or original interpretations of Lara and Tomb Raider in the style of Lara Croft GO. The art style for the game is lovely in its simplicity, but there is still a lot of room for interpretation. The finalists will be chosen at PAX, with the winning pieces to be sold off at auction. All the proceeds will be going to Child's Play, and you can’t beat that.

So, if you interested you can check out more details here, or you can just start submitting your artwork here, with the hashtag #LaraCroftGO. Plus, you can catch the trailer for the game below.

Lara Croft GO will be releasing later this year.

Building on the success of the award-winning and critically acclaimed Hitman GO, Square Enix Montreal unveils an all-new, ground-breaking mobile experience: Lara Croft GO. It's Lara Croft as you've never seen her before: a turn-based puzzle experience set in a long-forgotten world, delivering gorgeous visuals, a mesmerizing soundtrack and challenging gameplay, all at your fingertips.
