Launch Trailer For SUICIDE SQUAD: KILL THE JUSTICE LEAGUE Showcases Wild Gameplay
Rocksteady Studios has released the launch trailer for the upcoming highly-anticipated DC game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. We’ve seen so much marketing for this game over the years that it feels like it should’ve been released already, but it’s not set to be released until February. Regardless, it looks like it will deliver a fun time!
The new trailer offers new footage of some of the wild gameplay action and it shows off Deadshot taking on Green Lantern and Captain Boomerang facing off with The Flash. We also see the rest of the squad battling Brainiac goons, along with shot of Batman and Superman.
The game “sheds light on the origins of Amanda Waller’s infamous Task Force X (a.k.a. the Suicide Squad) as Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerangand King Shark begrudgingly embark on their mission to take down the World’s Greatest DC Super Heroes, The Justice League. Featuring an original narrative set within an expansive open-world Metropolis, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League puts the four DC Super-Villains on a collision course with an invading alien force and DC Super Heroes who are now laser-focused on destroying the city they once vowed to protect. All the while, the squad must be mindful of the lethal explosives implanted in their heads that could go off at the first sign of defiance.”
The game is set to release for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 2, 2024. It is now available for pre-order.
