Learn more about how you’ll be able to explore the world inspired by New Caledonia in the gameplay trailer for Tchia revealed at the game awards. Run, jump, climb, and sail a boat as you get around the picturesque archipelago. Not only that, you’ll be able to soul jump and take over almost everything, from birds and sharks to lanterns and coconuts.

The inanimate objects sounds stupid, but can be used to great effect against enemies as the trailer shows. This large open world game looks like there’s tons to do and see, but when you need a break from that you can jam out on Tchia’s fully playable ukulele. I’m not personally wild about the art style for this game, but the gameplay itself looks really smooth and fun so I think it could be worth checking out anyway.
