Let's Talk About POKEMON: TWILIGHT WINGS Episode 4 - "Early-Evening Waves"
Pokémon recently released the newest episode of Pokémon: Twilight Wings and it’s fantastic. This episode, “Early-Evening Waves,” focuses on the Water-type Gym Leader Nessa as she’s apparently trying to live as both a Gym Leader and a model. There is a weird conversation where Chairman Rose comes across as super creepy, but the rest of the episode is brilliant with beautiful animation and story. We even see a very casually dressed Nessa getting some food with Sonia! What’s not to like about this episode?
Nessa’s struggle can be very easy for people to relate to as many out there feel like maybe they’ve taken on too much. However, Nessa then finds that if she can overcome her self-doubt, she can take on the world. May we all ride on the backs of Milotics and say “Screw you, Chairman Rose!”
