Let's Talk About SEVEN SECRETS #4

The action is picking up in Seven Secrets #4. I’m liking the tale that Tom Taylor and Daniele Di Nicuolo are weaving together, and I’m glad that things are moving along. You can get your physical copies now from your local comic shops or digital copies through outlets like comiXology.

Caspar has completed his training, but now the real test begins as The Order is under attack by an enemy desperate to take control of the Seven Secrets and reshape the world in their image. But as the Holders and Keepers come together to fight back, it may turn out they've played right into the enemy's hands…

Picking up where the preview left off, Titus saves Caspar from a Seeker thug, explaining that even though he doesn’t like Caspar, he is bound by the order to guard the secrets. Caspar and Titus then find Amon who has knocked out Canto. Tajana meanwhile is fighting outside but then runs in after Caspar.

Tajana then confronts Amon, and there’s quite a twist. Amon is her son! What!? Oh, and Eva tries shooting Amon with a crossbow, but Tajana stops it with her hand (not by catching it, but by having it pierce her hand). Tajana then lays out how sloppy Amon is and how they were expecting the Seekers to attack their different bases and were prepared. The Seekers are then mostly murdered, but Amon gets out. Before he leaves though, he tells Caspar to get out of the order. He comes across as someone who has “seen the light” of something. The disillusioned type.

Of course, Caspar’s narration at the end is really dooming. He talks about how this move ended up being the demise of the order. Meanwhile, we see Amon who doesn’t seem all that phased anymore by the loss of so many Seekers. This really can’t be good for the order.
